안녕하십니까? 붙임 문서에 대한 우리 학회의 검토 의견을 2017년 1월말까지 제시해 줄 것을 요청해 왔습니다. 이에, 우리 학회에서는 동 건에 대한 의견 수렴을 위해 “방호체계개선 TF”를 구성해서 운영하려고 합니다.
한편, TF에 참여하지는 않지만, 개별적으로 의견이 있으신 회원님들께서 2017.1.20(금)까지 의견을 제시해 주시기를 바랍니다. 동 건과 관련, IRPA와 불란서 방사선방호학회(SFRP)는 공동으로 2017년 2월에 방호체계의 합리성에 관한 워크숍을 파리에서 개최할예정입니다.

Dear AS Presidents and IRPA AS Delegates,
You will recall that in 2015 IRPA’s then President, Renate Czarwinski, and Vice President Roger Coates invited all Associate Societies to provide comments for the IRPA consultation on ‘How best to improve the presentation of the system of protection so that it better meets the challenges of communication and understanding’.
In addition to the responses received from several societies, there was a discussion on this topic at the Cape Town Associate Societies Forum in May, earlier this year. All the views provided have now been summarised in the attached report prepared by Roger Coates and Renate Czarwinski.
IRPA believes that this is a topic of great importance, and we wish to ensure that all societies have an opportunity to express their views so that IRPA truly can speak as ‘the international voice of the radiation protection profession’.
To this end, all Associate Societies are now invited to review the views and interim conclusions expressed in this preliminary report, and to provide their considered response to this ‘second phase’ consultation by 31 January 2017.
